2006 F350 6.0 will not turn over. No Start

This truck is bone stock FYI.

I get in it to crank it and I get nothing. Batteries are good, everything in the cluster lights up, and looks normal. No codes are thrown. I can hear the solenoids click under the dash and hood. I check the voltage of ignition cable at the starter and I get no reading.

I have to quote the following because this helped me to my current state.

This is where it gets weird. The truck does start and after i reconnect the wire it it starts normal. I started it several times throughout the day. The next morning I get in the truck. No start. I have to use the wire and manually connect it to the battery and it starts right up again. This time I get a "Tow/Haul" light blinking on the dash. It will go into gear but pressing the acceleration pedal does nothing. I turn it back off, attempt to start it normally and it starts right up. No it will go into gear and drive. Now I am thinking maybe the neutral safety switch?

Does anyone have any insight of this issue? Could it be a solenoid sticking or the neutral safety switch or something else entirely?

I believe there is a starter relay in the power panel under the steering column. Swap it with another relay and see what happens.

I have an update. When I crank it using the wire, shut it of and try the key it will crank on its on with the key. If I let it sit for several hours I will have to use the wire again. I have tested this several times. I can even disconnect the battery and re-connect; it will still start with the key. If it sits for several hours or over night i have to use the wire. So I am thinking it is something to do with a computer that goes to sleep. Does anyone have a wiring diagram that displays from the ignition to the starter?

I think I found it. It was one of the harnesses that plugs into the FICM. It wasn'the snapped in all the way. It was the one that plugs in closest to the front of the truck.
