Question Very shirt and frequent regens after changing DPF

Hi guys, had posted about clogged DPF and changed it. I drove only about 30 miles when the regen started, it was about 10 miles only, I was on highway. Then regens happened very frequent and short, and now having only 300miles on new DPF, wrench showed again and ilost my boost... looks like soon I will have reduced engine power again. So guys any thought what is going on, are here oxygen sensors or egr involved? (one sensor was already new with dpf I ordered, others I didn't change.

so basic factors for DPF filling.

burning oil (either thru worn rings, valve stem seals, exhuast side of turbo, sucking oil in from engine case vent, etc)

or you could be burning oil on a high milelage engine if the oil is too thin, extended drain intervals, etc. I would not run 5W40 on a high miles engine for example. switching to 15W40 will reduce oil burning if you have a piston ring blow by problem.

wrong type of oil (CJ-4 a must)

poor combustion mechanical problem (worn rockers, injector problem, ring or valve seating)

your exhaust back presure sensor could be clogged or defective

you replace your dpf, with what? is it the same spec?

something is filling up your dpf. unburnt fuel will clogg up the DPF and increase exhasut back pressure. soot from oil buring will also cloog up DPF.

an oil by pass filter will remove a lot of soot from the oil and help reduce soot in the exhaust system.

high idle time will fill a DPF faster than normal drive time

Yes, i know a lot of filling of dpf, but don't you think that 300 miles on highway is far too quick to fill a new one dpf???

details on the oil type you use, miles on the truck, how noisy is your valve train.

you are burning oil, using the wrong oil, or have a un burnt fuel problem.

Before my DPF fell off the most I would get on a regen was 290 miles, I think 300 is pretty good number. I think you need to pull the code you got and find out what it's for, sounds like a sensor issue.

So, i drove my truck on highway some days ago, it did regen, and no more limp mode.
But im confused about other problem- after some 30 miles cruise control quits and then i loose power, no Black smoke from tailpipe. Codes i get are glow plugs nr1,3,5,7 circuit (p0671, 0673, 0675, 0677) and p1335 - egr valve? I found that if i turn off engine while driving and then turn it off cruise gets back working and i can boost power, and so every 30-50 miles? And i noticed that before power loss i have some hesitating in back axle like when traction control Works, can it be connected somehow with drivetrain? And one more thing - i see when regen message starts, but never message that its complete, i just see that regen is done by watching boost pressure. I am watching messages all time, its not possible that i didnt saw it, not every time.

this is odd since glow plugs are only used to start your engine.
