Tire valve stems & rim recomendations

Tire valve stems & rim recomendations
I have a 2001 F350 with Dual Rear Wheels. Very shortly I am going to purchase new tires.
The truck has stock Ford alloy wheels. They are the style on this truck.
I am not happy with the valve stems on the dually wheels. The outside are OK as far as reaching them to add air. They are standard 1" straight stems.
The insides are standard 1" straight stems as well. I have very small hands and it is almost impossible to get through the kidney bean hole to ever get a tire pressure gauge on the stem and also impossible to add air. I want to change the stems to a valve stem that protrudes through the hole and is easily accessible to tire gauges and adding air. Metal would be preferred.
Can somebody recommend a store or web site that sells tire stems that will suit the rims I have.
Second question is..... My truck has four alloy rims. Is it possible to add a pair of identical alloy rims to the inside dually tires. Currently it is Alloy on the outside and steel wheels on the inside pair.
Thanks for the help
