i'm swapping a 78 tilt column into my 71, and I need the dash side plug with at least 6-8" of wire that goes to the column harness. any of you guys have a bad harness that you'd be willing to cut the plug off? thanks in advance .

yeah, I guess this info would have helped. I need the plug from the 78

 

You need the 71 main harness end that would go to the steering column?? I have one from a 74....if you'll check that it would work, I'll send it to you.

 

Just want to make sure this is what you need before I cut it....
