My primary problem with them is their updates. One of their updates hosed up my iPad2-64g so bad it can only be used now for playing music on Pandora Radio and stuff like that.. I ended up getting sucked into buying an iPad-Air to take its place. A couple of updates ago, it also got screwed up (along with everyone else with this generation iPad) - and now it will get so behind itself that even things that I am typing now won't show up on the screen sometimes until maybe 5 seconds after I type it..
Apple's "Geniuses " can't even back off updates with a full restore from backup or a complete wipe of the units to factory delivered configuration... Apple phones are also this way, but are late enough technology (iPhone-6) where they did not slow down really bad...
BUT
That is how Apple sucks you into buying their latest phones! They put out updates that are somewhat mandatory that slow your current phone to a crawl..
Screw that... I have friends with Androids that are 5 years old and they just laugh at how Apple screws their customers...
I am done with them..

Good evening everyone!
Interesting, Randy...we have a couple iPads that the kids use that haven't had issues with the most recent updates. I was a loyal Android guy for years, and finally switched to my first iPhone just over a year ago. Couldn't be happier with the switch. My work phone is a Galaxy S5 that continually frustrates me with software glitches and laggy interface.
