Won't turn over or won't fire off?

Ok sounds good. So yes the choke is fully open and the issue is it won't turn over fast enough to start. Sounds like a dead battery. But give it 20 mins or so and it fires up perfectly

The timing is too advanced. Turn it back a little bit till it turns over better hot.

This can also be caused by springs that are too weak or missing on the centrifugal advance under the rotor cap. You can check that, take the dist cap off and then grab the rotor and twist it and let go. It should go back to it's home position with a snap. If it's stuck or sluggish, take the rotor off and see what's going on underneath.
