Knock in 06 4.6 engine

Knock in 06 4.6 engine
Hey all, own a 06 f150 4.6 stx. Been noticing a little knock in engine and everyone says it's the lifters. I've used about every oil additive you can think of to try and help but nothing. Ideas?

Are you sure its not an exhaust leak? Check your exhaust manifolds for any broken studs.
