The vent mod is a MUST if you pull a long trailer and need to fill up at a truck stop. The stock setup is a royal pita with the truck nozzle!! Unless of course you like splash backs and a wife that tells you to change cloths before getting back in the truck. Ask me how I know this, I have experience!!

Not a silly question. I did both with the bed on but its one of those times you wish you had tiny arms, lol. I think there are a couple write-ups in the stickies? I had these saved.
