Eastwood Company is the worst.

I am not sure how much of what Eastwood sells under their brand name is actually made by Eastwood and how much is rebranded from other manufacturers, but it does seem like their business model of being a 1-stop shop is working. The problem with rapid growth is that the infrastructure needed to support the increased sales seldom keeps pace with the advertising budget. Usually it takes a dip in sales for the "management" to take notice and reassess the system.

CharlieLed, you probably hit it square on. I have seen Eastwood branded products in other retailers as well, including Harbor Freight if memory serves. Surely they know that customers are fickle, myself included, and that bad feedback carries harder and travels faster than good. The one stop shop is definitely a good plan, and for the same negative experiences I've had with HF is exactly what brought me to Eastwood.
