Anyone interested in a truck run @ New England Dragway?

Iím going to get a mix of just pickup trucks of all makes to meet at New England Dragway sometime in October. There will be Dodge, Chevy, Toyota, and hopefully some Ford trucks there. Iím trying to find out whom if anyone here would be interested in watching or participating in this event. NED has street night eliminators and test and tunes on Wednesday and Friday of every week and they have events on Saturday and Sunday. Please vote in the pole so that I can plan the best date.

I'm going to plan a time for mid October! We can make this a general meet also and have hamburger and hotdogs on a grill too. This should be fun!

So far I have 4 Dodge guys going, 5 Tundra guys going, not Ford guys, and only one Chevy guy.

I would go...I don't have a fast truck though, 6" lift and 35's kinda slowed me down a bit. hah

It doesnít matter who is the quickest! This is just for fun and also an opportunity to have a meet. If you do not want to run you can still watch the other trucks run.

The meet is going to be on Sunday September 28th. That is Truck Nationals day! NED is going to have trucks of all kinds there and there will also be a truck show. I have 7 Tundraís, 1 Chevy, 1 Ford, and 4 Dodgeís coming. Gates open at 8:00 and racing starts at 9:00. I suggest you be there at 8:00 am. It cost $25 to race and $10 to watch.

The only drawback to having the meet on Truck Nationals day is there is no test and tune. You can run your pickup truck on the track but if you do youíll be competing in the racing. Either way this should be a good time. Iíll bring hotdogs and hamburgers. If anyone would like to help out with the food that would be great.

Thanks,

John
