T-18 transmission

My searches tell me this is a T-18. Cast iron (magnetic) shift cover. Just confirming with you experts.

Welcome to FTE.

The T18 was intro'd in the 1966 model year, so if it an older truck and the trans is original, it is probably a T98.

Thanks for the info. It's in a 59 f100, 292 . Not sure if it's been there since birth. I'll check out the link you provided. Thank you.
