Hello everyone, Im getting close to wrapping up the first round of projects on my 93 F350, and was wondering about what sort of options i had for swapping columns for a tilt option.

The truck is currently equipped with a 5 speed, non tilt, non cruise setup. I intend to keep the 5 speed, but would like to add the options of tilt and cruise. i was wondering my options.

option 1 ) go junkyard scrounging and find a tilt column. does it have to be a 93 specific, or will any 92-96 work? will an F150 work, or do i need to stick with the F250/F350 column?

Option 2) i do have a parts truck that i have been salvaging parts off for other vehicles, its a 95 F150 with tilt/cruise, but its an automatic. can i make this work and use parts from my non tilt column to make the shifter stalk go away?

The second part of this swap is after I get the column swapped in, what is all required to make the cruise control functional??
