Eagle eyes headlights

I have a 99 f250 super duty with these eagle eyes ee- fr478 headlights that were installed before I got the truck and the LED's are not hooked up. I've been trying to find a wiring diagram, someone who has these headlights, and even tried getting in touch with the company themselves with no luck. I'm hoping someone on here may have the same headlights and can tell me what to hook the LED's up to.
The red and black wires with the wire nuts on them are for the LED's

I would say it's the red and black wires, they just need power. Looks like they were tapped into the side marker light at one point. If you go back to that power source the led will turn on with the running lights. Otherwise use the low beam of the headlight if you don't want them on with the markers.

I'd like them to be with the low beams personally but I have tried to connect them with no luck. Any other suggestions? I tried connected them to the running lights but that didn't exactly work right. I would really like to get these LED's working.

Hmm.. Do you know they work? They were unplugged by someone, maybe some burnt out? Have you tried just hooking them up to a battery to see if they turn on?

Okay a little bit of information I left out the were connected to the running lights and we're working great (looked amazing, that's why I want them back) I recently noticed they weren't working so I have been trying to get them back on. The previous owner apparently didn't want to spend a little bit of money and buy the the pigtails attachment to wire these headlights right and cut cords instead. I have read that they should be connected to the parking lamps so I have been trying to get them to work again. I got about half the passenger side to work a couple nights ago so I was thinking it may not have have enough power to to light them or something. I miss my lights alot 😢.

I have a similar set, although much newer in my garage. http://www.protuninglab.com/hidxe11fof2f4.html Long story short, I didn't like low beam function on them on my 2014 and they didn't make the transition when I bought a 2016. (for sale if anyone's interested)
On those, the small LEDs between your headlight and parking/signal light were indeed attached to the wire that runs the parking lamps. So those little LEDs were on whether the headlights or just the parking lights by themselves were on.

I had the same lights on my truck, I had mine wired to the marker lamps, they can be wired to ignition on to use as daytime running lights. I agree that it sounds like your led's have failed, just try them straight to 12v to see.

apparently they have failed, hooked directly to battery and I get half the lights on the passenger side and none on the driver side😡
