97 F-250 Glasspack Exhaust

Just replaces the cat on my f250 as well as a cherry bomb muffler. I'm just unsure that the tailpipe exit is appropriate, it exits over the leaf spring with about 2.5" of clearence over the leaf spring. Is this okay

Is it pointing straight at the tire? That would not be good.

It is pointing at the tire. Could I just point it straight under the axel? If I could pass with a glasspack could I pass with that?

Pointing up, directed at the tire and in between the frame and leaf spring. How did you come up with that routing?

Yeah that's not good at all. Either route it over the axle and to the back, or have it come out before the tire pointing down.

it is also laying against the shock boot.

A simple 45* coming out of the muffler aiming to the ground would be the easiest solution

As Brad said, a turn down off the muffler is simplest. Good advice above.

No need to be rude to the guy. Some things that may seem obvious to some, may not be to others.

You're right, that was out of line. I deleted the rude comment.
