99 Expedition 5.4 no heat

I cannot get the heat to work. it feels like it's blowing actually. New heater core, thermostat, hoses are hot, blend door isn't stuck. Any other ideas?

If you have a hot heater core and air is blowing through it, then you should have heat - unless your blend door is kaput.

Go back and re-evaluate your details.
