Ah. That would probably make putting the hood on with one person a real snap.

I like the hood idea!

For lifting cabs and beds I designed this collapsible lift attachment. I got tired of trying to get enough friends together or beating myself up more that I already have.

The front 1" tube rests on the bracket on the inside of the hood. It has a slot cut into it and a through hoe for a bolt to lock it secure. I've made a slight change and the long arms now rest on the internal hood brace instead of the edge of the hood.
