New Here, 1995 Ford F-150

Hi all, I'm new here with my first Ford truck. I bought it from my neighbor and I've been lusting after this truck for 10+ years. It's a 1995 F150, supercab, 8 ft bed, 5.0L, 5 speed, 4x4 with Warn Premium Manual Hubs, front and rear limited slip diffs, in Calypso Green Metallic and white. Sale included a matching Leer Cap (needs some work) and 4 new tires and 6 extra wheels.

I paid $300 for the truck. It needs some work. Mechanically, the truck is as sound as could be. It runs and drives great, it uses a bit of oil, but not enough to cause concern on a 21 year old truck. It's a bit rusty. It's spent it's entire life here in SW Pennsylvania in the heart of the rust belt. I've had both my body man and frame guy look at it, and they both agree it's completely repairable.

The truck needs-

Drivers Side Floor Pan
Both Rockers
Both Front Cab Mount Supports
Some Patches in the Rear Floor of the Cab
Some Bed Floor Patches
Left Wheel Arch
Some Frame Pinholes Patched

My plan is to do the truck up to last me a good while. I've wanted this truck a long time, and I want to fix it properly. I'm gonna patch the previously mentioned sections, repaint any spots that were patched, undercoat with Fluid Film semi-annually. I also want to Raptor Line the inside of the bed.

I'll be here asking for opinions and advice on fixing this truck up. I refuse to let it become a parts truck or scrap metal. Here's some pictures-

Welcome to the family. Nice truck. Not many people can buy a topper and get a free truck. It's definitely worth the effort.

Thanks guys. I was pretty pleased with the deal myself. I've wanted this truck practically since I've been a kid, so I was ecstatic to receive it in any shape. I love the way it's optioned, and I absolutely love the colors too. I actually have a history with this truck, too. About 7 or 8 years ago, i got my first job at a body shop. Around the same time, the PO brought the truck to the shop I was working at to have it redone. It was the first vehicle I worked on there. We put new full bedsides on it, replaced both front fenders, doors, Rockers, cab corners, the core support, and patched the Tailgate, and repainted the entire truck. Most of the repairs have held up okay, but it's been 8 years in PA, so it's time to be done again.
