Do you have the black brackets on the lights ? They are what screw into the bumper flange. Like in this picture. You would still need the spring clips the screws go into as well as the screws.

And what color are the wires that go into the gray plug on the truck?

The clip on speed nuts for the Fog Lights are already in bumper and or bumper brackets for the Fog lights. They are metric I can't remember the EXACT thread size but I BELIEVE they are M6 - 1.0 pitch and they ARE 25 MM long. IF I remember correctly I was able to sneak my fog lights into place on my 06 from the underside up but I had to remove my license plate mounting bracket. It was a tight squeeze but they made it. I have read where some guys had to loosen the bumper brackets and pull the bumper forward slightly to get them in.

 

They were kinda faded I don't remember I will take a look and post a picture.

And yes the lights have the brackets but no bumper mounting harware, bolts or spring clips

 

I checked I do not have the bumper clips or bolts. I think the front bumper was replaced before i got the truck and they took everything off.

maybe i got lucky, just plugged everything in, replaced the switch and they worked. Found some speed nuts and bolts at hardware. Didn't have to add relay or anything else.
