Window Sticker Link

I've been checking my Vin for a window sticker about 6723 times a day. Nothing has showed up at all yet. I checked again a bit ago tonight and I got a different message than normal.

Any ideas??

I am wondering if their recent fire, is keeping the window stickers from getting released.
