Bolting on a new carburetor

Got a newaftermarket motorcraft 2150 carburetor and am wondering what torque to use. Since am using new gasket, just want to do it once right. I'll probably use the same number of turns for each bolt, hand tighten, and then probably one rotation or two pass that, Perhaps 12 to 15 pounds. But I got the torque wrench if anyone is willing to help. Thx.

The shop manual says to tighten the nuts in a criss-cross pattern and torque to 12-15 ft lbs.

"Secure the carburetor with the attaching nuts. To prevent leakage, distortion or damage to the carburetor body flange, snug the nuts; then, alternately tighten each nut in a criss-cross pattern to the specified torque listed at the back of the applicable engine part in group 21."
