sway bar advice

I'm driving a 1991 Club Wagon XLT with about 160,000 miles on the inline 6cyl. It's time to make it handle a little better or a lot better if possible. I'm looking to replace or improve the front sway bar, add a rear sway bar, and go through with as many polyurethane bushings as possible. (Radius arms, axle pivots, sway bars, pitman arms...) I'm also adding the steering damper kit from the 350 ambulance package. There are no existing holes in the frame, so I'm planning to use rivnuts if the material looks thick enough, or welding an additional plate to the face of the frame member if it is not.

I ordered a Hellwig 7583 front sway bar kit, but it looks like it just bolts around the I-Beams. Kinda cheesy in my opinion. Question #1. Does anyone know of a Front Sway bar that uses the existing Ford arms to attach? If not, what about a way to increase the value of the existing stock sway bar by using shorter arms, or different bushings etc? Any thoughts?

The corresponding Hellwig 7563 rear has one setting. Anyone know of a rear kit that is adjustable? I have seen kits with three or four mounting points so you can choose a level of stiffness. I would like that. My rear springs are pretty shot too. Has anyone replaced the rear leaf springs with something with a higher rate but that doesn't raise the ride height of the van?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

E9UZ-5482-A .. Front Stabilizer Bar / Obsolete ~ 0 available NOS

1989/91 E350 with 158" & 176" wheelbases. I assume this bar is a Heavy Duty version.

I looked up all the parts shown in this pic, the only thing that is different is the two bars, everything else is the same.
