I just did it about 5 yrs ago....I replaced it with a Dorman....Good thing is, All the studs and nuts are still there, it just is cracked. Does anyone have the Ford Stud part#? I haven't put them on yet, but I bought a stainless set (studs and nuts) off of Amazon. "Metric threads and bolts" or something like that was the seller.

Should be putting them in the next week or so. Truck needs inspection - check engine light is on for P0174 - pretty sure it's a bad gasket or cracked manifold.

success! I got the old manifold off today and put the new Dorman manifold on....I cant believe the old one was cracked almost perfectly around cylinder #2 area!!! I did this same manifold 5 years ago almost to the day! All in all it went very well....no broken studs....total time of about 3.5 hrs!! I think i got lucky! Should these be re-torqued once it cools??
