What headers are you going to use? Exhaust exit ideas.

And a free idea on routing.

Not the best, but at least an idea.

Thanks Rich, I'm running the shorty headers; I can't remember where I got them from, either James Duff or Tom's Bronco. I'm going to try and get the exhaust all the way out the back if I can. I'm leaning toward a layout very similar to what you posted the picture of. My mufflers are going to have to be different with the 4-link, but I think I can make it work.

I did a true dual out the passenger side only.
Crossed the driver side over between the trans and Bell housing, ran crossover tube close to where they come together, then two separate tubes and two separate mufflers down the passenger side.
Obviously a 4-link is gonna make that real estate completely different, but it sure made life easier for me.

Well hopefully my pic helps you figure the route. And FYI not my Bronco, just a pic off the CB site or somewhere on the web. I thought it was a clean tucked up set up. Yes heat to the floor pans, but at least not dragging the exhaust system off on the rocks.
