Dealer recommendation for service near Charlotte?

Hey guys. I'm new to the Charlotte area (and NC for that matter). I'll be due for a service soon. Can anyone recommend a good dealer? Or for that matter, any dealers to avoid for service near Charlotte?

Town and Country Ford looks like it gets good reviews online so that would be my pick without any guidance.

WOW, it doesn't look like we have too many members in Charlotte
When I get my truck serviced, I hit the local Firestone here in Apex. And I've been there enough that I know of two different guy's that I ask for. I haven't had any issues at all, and they know that I tip. That I'm sure helps with their service.

Cloniger ford in Salisbury or huntersville ford. Both have done right by me. Hilbish ford in kannapolis is a great place to buy a truck or car but their service dept is a bit slow, good but slow.

I know people that have bought cars from both Hilbish and Huntersville Ford but I've never heard much about those service departments.

I'm not sure where you are in Charlotte but both of those dealerships are a pretty good haul from Independence Blvd.

Cloniger must be a lot better in Salisbury because they suck in Hickory.
My son's mother in law is the service adviser at Hillbish but I've never been there.

I live in kannapolis about 25 miles NE of Charlotte. Yes these dealers are a haul but my experience with all the city dealers down there has been less than desirable. Fort Mill ford down in sc is good as well. I've never had to deal with cloniger in hickory but yeah the one in Salisbury is pretty upstanding. They all try to sale you stupid services that you don't need but hey that's how they make their money.

Town and Country is a good option. I actually used to work there, as a tech, in the truck shop! I know a bunch of the guys there and still good friends with the service manager.

Not a Ford but when I moved down here a year ago from CT the dealer I bought and used for service on my truck printed out some dealers for me to get my truck serviced at down here.

If you were using a dealer where you were before moving here maybe they can do the same? I think the CT dealer looked up 5 star dealers down here for the list.
I am happy with the dealer I am using for service. Now only if it was closer to where you were looking for and Ford you would be all set.
Then again they will service anything as they do the wifes Subaru.
