93 F250 Dana 60 swap install front brakes are locked Problem?
Hello, Ok so I have my truck at a Gear&Diff place locally. The Truck is a 93 F250 5.8L regular cab 4x4 . We originally started rebuilding the 10.25 rear axle with new gears, seals, bearings. Everything went smooth with the rear axle until we started working on the Dana 50 TTB. The Dana 50 had major issues. The best choice was to replace it with a Dana 60 which is what we did. I found a 97 Ford F350 Dana 60 and had it completely rebuilt by them and installed.
The problem the shop is having is with the front brakes. The front brakes are locking up for unknown reasons. The brakes have been bled and the brakes originally worked just fine before the swap. To rectify the problem the shop ordered new calipers. This did not fix the problem. Next we turned the rotors to see if that would cure the problem but that did not work either.
I understand these Gear&Diff guys are not brake guys but what are they missing here? What is causing the brakes to be locked up on the front despite replacing the calipers bleeding the brakes and turning the rotors?
Any input would be greatly appreciated....

Both calipers locked or just one? If just one I would suspect a collapses flexible line. Outside chance it could be both since they were "molested" aka moved.
Quick test is to crack the bleeder screw, if the caliper releases you definitely need to inspect those flexible lines. They collapse internally. Tend to allow flow in one direction, pedal pressure applied, but not release.
