Picked my '16 up from the dealer a few weeks ago and am planning on doing an exhaust on it in the next week or so and i'm curious as to whether there's an appreciable difference between the 3", 3.5" or 4" exhaust. I.E. cabin drone or power gain difference.

 

What engine? In my experience a cat back exhaust is good for nothing more than sound/noise if you don't do either headers on a V8 or a downpipe on an EcoBoost, then tune accordingly. I had a Banks Monster exhaust on my V10. After a couple months I was sick of the drone. The quality wasn't as good as factory, as is the case with most aftermarket products these days.

 

OP...need more info...specifically what engine you running?

I put an AFE Cat back stainless exhaust on my 15 F-150 with the 3.5 Ecoboost. I love the sound. No loud drone in the cab and great sound on excellortion. It is not a load exhaust. But does sound good.
