Ok cool looks lile i might have to remove the whole thing so it sits right. has anyone ever made that patch panel at home,dosnt look to bad to make

Are you talking about the floor pan or the mount?

You probably could make something that would work fine but I believe they are fairly inexpensive to buy. Then again my current cab was missing them so being the cheap a $$ I am I took mine off a scrap cab.
