5.4 f250 sluggish

I have a 2003 f250 5.4 triton 195000 miles. My truck is a lot more sluggish than the same exact truck that we have at work. Especially when pulling my tractor. Any ideas of what the cause maybe??

What's the mileage on the work truck? What gearing does your work truck have?
These will play a major role in the power department.

sluggish

i would have the exhaust converter checked or removed. I removed mine at 187k & could not believe the difference in power. Then i learned if your a user of full synthetic oil it actually will plug converters due to the high temps it takes to burn it off. kind of strange but it fixed my 03
