Why do I get this message?

Your browser is using an "accelerator" to load pages you haven't yet visited. It's a tool to speed up your browsing. As you are reading one page, the computer is loading other pages you might be interested in. You can turn this feature off in your browser settings. In internet Explorer, it's called an accelerator

Ok PapaBear you computer guru, how come I use to get a active link in the email notifications sent to my Hotmail (like when some one relies to a thread I am subscribed to) and now I do not?
The active link use to take me to the thread reply with one click from my open Hotmail page. Is it FTE, my computer or Hotmail? Yes I am old enough to still have a Hotmail address.
Please be very basic when you talk computerish questions, I am very computer challenged. And I mean VERY.

Thanks, I am on a computer at work so I'll just live with it.

I recently deleted my Hotmail account, so I can't check if Hotmail is stripping active content (I doubt they would) but there's a good chance your office security is stripping active links
i receive active links in my gmail, so I know it's not FTE
Try from a home computer, smart phone or other (outside your office) Internet connection to isolate the cause
