So my Bronco has been doing mostly well all Winter with its 7.3. That was until recently it died on my because it ran out of oil! I hooked back the CCV but it was in a different spot than normal and I believe it sucked up too much oil and burned it!

Anyways, filled it back up and it was mostly good until my Glowplug relay died on me! That's what I get for getting an O'reilly one instead of OEM! Just got that replaced today under warranty though so it should be good for another 8 months or so!

Well I guess I murdered the entire AZ Chapter when I resigned as the CL haha. LONG time no see everyone. I recently sold my 7.3L, and bought a 6.7L Powerstroke. Definitely a massive upgrade. Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving

Had a great Thanksgiving Travis - thanks - hope you did as well....
You’ll miss that 7.3... it was twice the engine the 6.7 is in my opinion....

So does this mean you’re back?

I never left really. Just stepped down from CL. And I completely disagree with the 7.3 "twice the engine" statement. I am a huge fan of the 7.3, I've owned 3 of them, and they are great! But the 6.7 has proven itself. I have studied it for years now, waiting to pass judgement. Well.....i finally pulled that trigger, and I have zero regrets. Bone stock, it has massive power way above my highly modded 7.3.
Lots of mechanics refer to it as the new 7.3. Here is the truck I bought.

Thanks.....I love it. What you need to do, is have your buddy let you DRIVE his 6.7, and that will be the end of it. (I know from experience!)

Thanks for the Walmart tip, I bought a 2.5 gallon DEF from Sams Club on sale, and I'll probably just save it for awhile. It is about HALF the cost, just filling up at the pump. And no mess with their pumps

That's too late , already been dropping the jet skis out in the lake , he asks me do you want to drive or be dropped off , I always say ( I'll drive ) lol , it's a sweet truck even in the distance I get to think it's mine , then reality sets in when I have to hand him back his Keys , come to think about it , that's why he don't want to drive my 04 1 ton 6.0 and goes for the drop off with the 2017 RXT 300 Seadoo , oh well I'll get back at him this summer ,
Forgot what the Def was going for but it seemed low price to me , ended up getting T-6 Rottella for a great deal.

DEF at Wal-Mart goes for just over $11 bucks for 2.5 gallons. It is only $2.57 a gallon at the pump. A fill up should last 7000 miles or so......not exactly gonna break the bank with 5 gallons of DEF
