Request For Measurements

Could anyone who has taken possession of their 2017 CC do me a huge favor and measure the distance from the back of the center console to the bottom of the flipped up back seats? I am trying to determine if there is room for a small dog crate on the floor for vet runs.

Thank you in advance!

Kind of of tough to see with all my junk back there but 26 from console to plastic around the seat belts. That's the red line. Next closest is 30 to the other seatbelt.

I can see that if there isn't you could break out the tow strap....maybe a set of casters on the crate...... LOL (just kidding)

A crate? I went CCinstead of SC just to give the 3 dogs better sitting perches.. comfort of the 2 legged passengers who sit in back is just a side benefit..
