http://www.biotrieb.org/fileadmin/us...nual_99009.pdf

Complete factory instructions on disassembly, testing etc.

Just make sure to keep things clean on reassembly. Might be a good idea to use diesel or some light weight oil(engine oil might work) and assemble it under a "bath" of oil to keep dust out.

I've never done that, but I end up doing things wrong a lot...

Buy it from R&D IDI Performance - Home if you buy a new pump. Same price(approximately) and I trust him more than a random company.

I might be in luck. It looks like the leak is coming from either the injector, fuel line or the piece in between.

I doubt it's the fuel line. I've never had a bad fuel line NOT gush out diesel. It's definitely leaking from there. Do injectors leak? Or do they just go bad and not work and get glossed?

Replaced the 2 O rings. Still leaking. Very little and not enough to drip and hit the floor, but enough to get the engine wet with diesel.

What else could it be? The injector itself? That plastic cap?

^^^^^ Return cap. Usually replaced as part of a complete return line kit R&R.

Good catch; must be a relief it's not the IP.

Damn it. It's not leaking from the injector/fuel line. But it's leaking from somewhere. It's gonna be the injector pump after all.
