no power at radio

I have a 2013 F350 king ranch with the 6.7. Radio will not turn on, no power at the radio, however navigation system is working. I thought I would check with you all before spending God only know what with the stealer. Could
there be something miner causing this problem?

Open the owners manual, look at the fuse diagram, inspect said fuse, replace if blown.

Let us know after that!

If all the fuses check out, try disconnecting the batteries and leaving them disconnected for a half hour or so. When I changed my batteries, my radio would not come on. All fuses checked and nothing else was done. I did the disconnect above, and voila! Radio was back and back to normal. Well, I had to reset everything, but it all worked.

I would try disconnecting the battery for an hour and then try the radio.
