uneven tire wear right front tire,2010 F250
In Jan2016 I noticed right front tire is wearing down on the side towards the right. I rotated the rear tires up to the front and it did the same thing. Now I have two bad tires. In Jan I had left the truck with the Ford dealer and they called back saying that; the front end was not out of spec. I just took the truck back to dealer in October to get the front end lined up again, Since the 2nd tire wore in the same manner, and the dealer called back saying there is no problem with the line up.
Also the dealer told me that I need to go with the pressures on the insde of the front door, not the pressure on the sidewall of the tire.
They checked the front end when it was up in the air, and saw nothing bent or broken. Stating a tire would not wear like that unless something was bent or broken, but they claim that nothing was bent or broken!
(Does anyone have any ideas what do do next or solve the issue)

Does it pull to one side or the other or do you feel a vibration in the truck or steering wheel?
How many miles on both tires before you noticed the uneven wear?
Typically if its out of line or there are other mechanical issues it would not ride straight and smooth.
A new '16 should have all the issues covered under warranty.
Super Duty DJ had a good idea of getting another independent shop's opinion about the alignment.
