2017 6.2 MPG question

I have read all the post in the 6.2 section and the 2017 section regarding MPGs. I get a little bogged down reading them due to the mass amounts of information being thrown around and would like to consult the Texas group. The long story short is summer of 2017 I will be buying a new truck and am leaning toward gas at this point, and want good numbers to review. Most states don't drive our speeds or our terrain so that's the main reason I am posting here. The questions I have are:

1) What mpg do you get pulling at 75-80 with the 6.2 with 3.73 and 4.30

2) what mpg do you get empty at 75-80 with the 6.2 with 3.73 and 4.30.

Thanks for the help.

So my numbers will be skewed but maybe they'll still provide some perspective...

6.2 with 3.73s: Pulling mpgs are around 10.7, unloaded around 11.3....now for the caveat;

I'm on 35's, I've removed the chin spoiler for approach angle and I drive with a lead foot

If buying new, yeah, spring for the 4:30s but they are hard to find on the lot so you'll likely need to order the truck. A gear swap and a 5 star tune are on my upgrade list in the near future.

Best of luck!

Thank you for your reply. I will probably be running bigger tires so that does help.

Does anyone else have some numbers to contribute to an inquiring mind?

6.2 mpg

Thread may be old thought I would post anyway, Since this seems to be on
everyones mind. I just got the truck on 6/30/17. Have 500 miles. I have
just been going to work in it. Round trip is approx. 50 miles. I have run
different speeds 65-85(old school breaking in motor thing). The computer
started me off at 9.2 mpg. Then gradually worked up to 12.4. Hand calculatd
was 14.4 mpg. Second fill up was closer to 15. I live a mile from I-30. Work
is about a mile off I-30. No stop and go. I run the cruise. The computer has
me up to 13.3 mpg. My old 2008 xlt f 150 4x4 supercrew got 14-15 running
between 75-80 mph on same trip. So for the safety of this truck and it's
capability I am very pleased. I never really checked towing on the 2008.
