1999 V10 running rough p1131 p1151
My work truck is running pretty bad. With a loaded trailer going up a hill it was like someone hit a switch and the thing lost power and started bucking. Luckily I was a 1/2 mile from work and got it back. I scanned the CEL I got p1131 and p1151 codes as well as the p117x or so codes they were the 02 sensors. I removed 02 sensors replaced 1 that the shielding on it was gone but the other looked great and had a perfect light brown on it no indications of running lean or rich.
I then checked all over for bad vacuum lines and found one that I believe is EVAP related that collapsed and another hose that looked sketchy. It didn't do anything, I then removed the EGR but that seems to be working perfect and forgot I did replace it about 20k miles ago. So I then went through about 2 cans of starting fluid while it was running and sprayed ALL over the engine looking for an intake or any type of hose leak. Nothing the engine never rose in rpm's. I also cleaned the MAF sensor with MAF cleaner.
If you start the truck when it's completely cold it starts fine and idles around 1000 rpm. After about 30 seconds you will hear the exhaust kind of cough like it's loading up. After a minute of warming up if I try to drive it it falls flat on it's face I need to feather it to get it going. Once it starts driving it bucks very very bad. After about a mile of driving and if I keep the RPM's over 3000 it runs fine. Once the truck is a full operating temp it runs okay anything below 3000 rpm's it is gutless and kind of misses. After 3000 it's like a switch goes off and runs great. I am getting only the p1131 and p1151 codes now and it took about 20 miles of driving to get these codes to set off. Please help
