have a f250 2008 , 5.4 , ticks when startup then goes away, under load
starts again , constant tick when traveling , is it lifter ? , only have 118 K
on it , from what I seen cam phasers make more noise .
Any help would be appreciated, ty.

 

Exhaust leak? Any exhaust manifold studs broken?

 

ford found out about this problem in 04 there was a tsb out about it you have to take to the dealer and complain but they will fix it as the public continues to complains there was no recall and it is the cam sensors
