Suspension help please!!

I've got a suspension question for y'all if someone wouldn't mind helping me out.

So I have put 2" belltech drop springs on the front of my truck and flipped the rear axle. For some reason the drivers side sits 1" lower than the passenger side does in front and back.

Here's my measurements from ground to fender lined up in the center of the wheel,
Df 29-1/2"
Pf 30-1/2"
Dr 29-1/4"
Pr 30-1/4"

So my question is, I have a pair of belltech 1" drop shackles sitting here in the garage, do y'all see any problem with installing 1 of the shackles on the passenger rear and leave the stock length shackle on the drivers side to make it level in the rear?

I wouldn't do something wrong as a work around for another problem. Odd that it's and even inch front and back. Any idea why one side is low?
