1. depends on what part of the nation you are in. - for example if up north and rust free then hell yeah worth it. If in Cali then no go get the later year range with MAF. If here in TX any running bronco is overpriced anyways so I bought a beater similar and fixed it up so I could stay in my target price range of 5K total investment.
2. is frame tweaked in anyway - if so then no not worth it unless you need/want for parts truck
3. if you got a parts truck (you can get them dirt cheap this year range just get an f150 since cheaper) are you comfortable swapping body panels on your own? - if so you maybe able to just buy a parts truck and swap front clip and drivers side door. I would then just herculiner the whole thing for a cheap paint job - that's me though.
If you can't do any of that then I would see what a good condition same year range (80-86 I believe) bronco would cost. Considering I see the highly sought after 96 with MAF go for 8-12K in good condition depending on what part of the nation I would think you are better off buying one in good shape.
Body work ain't hard it just takes time and therefore is expensive if done by someone else.

i have done similar damage and it didnt hurt the frame. its not hard to get door damage from bumping something up front and having the fender run back into the door.
