Watched my 350 Build at KTP!!

It's impossible to even find the right words to explain how amazing that experience was. Seeing ANY truck built at KTP is awesome, but when it's your own it's indescribable. The facility and people running it are beyond world class. They allowed me access in and around my build far greater than I expected. Holding parts through to actually putting items on while it came down the line.
The greatest part was seeing my odometer with 0.0 miles and being the first person to breathe life into the truck and drive it off the end of the line for its very first moments as a brand new Ford!! Truly nothing like that for an enthusiast such as myself.
The toughest part? Leaving the truck behind and coming home lol
I'm waiting for the truck to arrive but I have all faith they are triple checking everything and making sure the truck is 110% before it gets to my dealer.

Here's a few extra pics from the build process:

Cab prior to any interior or windows.

I put the badges on

Cab waiting for the bed and chassis.

Chassis rolling in for mating.

Cab, bed, and chassis finally meet!!

I put the grille on!

Got to cruise around the squeak and rattle course and rack up a whopping 0.7 miles!

That front end is a beauty!!

Very first person to sit in the driver seat, it had been in the truck for roughly 10 seconds lol!

Love the final product! Thanks Ford!

A quick video of the cab and chassis mating process! So cool to see!

I can't thank Ford enough and everyone who was involved with getting me behind the scenes for my truck build. I won't ever be able to let go of this truck. It feels like it's truly my personalized vehicle!

Been holding out lol
Glad I finally got a moment to share. I was so amazed with the process (plus KTP rules) that I didn't have my phone out much. But I'm glad I had these few behind the scenes photos to share!

That place is amazing, as you remember Josh.

17BLKplat, I watched your video as soon as it came up on youtube. I've been on youtube almost daily since these 17's came out trying to absorb as much information as possible. I ordered a black Lariat a week and a half ago. The long wait begins.
Anyway, thanks for posting that video, that had to be an incredible experience. That plant looks impressive and well designed. Congrats on your new truck and that cool tour.

Thanks Josh for sharing the fun. I get to buy a new truck every 20 years(19 really)and Your awesome 2017 Super Duty experience has added enjoyment to each of our own 2017 Super Duty experiences and made the whole ordering and purchasing process a little more enjoyable and a whole lot more fun.

That had to be great to see the build going on step by step! Interesting to notice what appeared to be an Expy in between 2 Super Duties going down the line at the end of the video?
