This 1987 Ford F-150 Might Just Convert the Box Haters

I wasn't a big fan of these, til I found mine:
I just sold it after 8 yrs of driving it. Got a '95 as I like them better.
As for that truck, that looks to be the same place that sells LOTS of older ford trucks. Many of them look to be pieces parts trucks that are painted and resold. They look nice, but many are not "that" nice. Check out their selection of 67-72 trucks. They get mentioned in that forum sometimes.
Couple from Ebay:

I don't know where they find all the vehicles they have but most look nice, but priced pretty steep.

The visor and double hoop really take me back to the '80's.
Is that the Bigfoot model with the roll down rear window?
Sure looks like it.
LARIAT, sadly my truck is now OSHA safety red.
I went with a catalyzed DTM urealkyd industrial coating last year because I just didn't have the coin for paint when I was buying everything else.
It's close (and was under $100 a gallon) but at least there's no rust and it's all one color.

All of the ones posted are nice trucks I am personally a huge fan of brick nose trucks but I agree with Brad why has so much been changed. On the blue one those bes rails I am pretty sure aren't an original dealer option the dealer ones look like the one I put on my 88. the grill on the red one looks aftermarket to me.

Should have made them sit in the back seat.

I met my wife playing volleyball with the young adults group at my church. She came with a friend (and the friend's boyfriend) a couple times. After the second time a bunch of us were heading to Dairy Queen. The friend's boyfriend said "hey Bob, I bet Lesley would like a ride in your truck" (I was driving an '85 F-250 RCLB at the time). I figured he was trying to get rid of an unwanted third wheel. Lesley thought he was trying to fix us up. But when I talked with him about it later, he just knew she liked trucks and thought she'd like a ride in mine! (Obviously she did, we were engaged about 6 months later).
