they are 5 lug, mid 70s Dodge motor home wheels
if you use 8r 19.5 tires they will be very close to the diameter of a 800 20 tire

wheels have some surface rust, look clean on the inside, can remove old tires
they are 5 x 8 inch bolt pattern wheels
