My ? is the motor is toast and i found a very low milage 1994 f150 with a 5.0, From what i am reading is is not a direct swap. the 94 is likely to be a HO

I did this swap in my '93 Bronco. for the "new" motor, strip the intake and sensors off. swap onto it all of the stuff from your 92

keep in mind, that if the '94 motor is a HO motor the firing order will be different. if the HO, it will have the 351 firing order.

I just did the same swap. Use the original engine wiring harness and the `94 firing order and you will be to good.
You may have to use your alternator.

I don't think it's necessary.

The '94 is not a HO motor but it does use the HO firing order. It is a direct bolt-in but do not attempt to use any wiring that comes with the donor, remove the upper intake and disconnect everything right at the motor and then just reattach your trucks original wiring once the motor is in place.

Is there a spot in the 94 intake for iat sensor? I understand it is in a different spot on the 94 trucks.
