Morning George, Shaun, Pat, Craig, John, Ian, Don, Shawn, Rob, Jim and anyone that I missed.
Saw some frozen mixed precipitation on my way into the office this morning...may actually see some snow on the ground Thursday morning.

Finally took a picture of the bed liner that George found and brought it to me last week. I am amazed at the great condition that it is in and I even liked the price better
And before anyone asks, yes the bed is low on the driver side front. There are some holes in all 4 corners that have affected the structural strength of the bed and that is why I am planning on replacing the bed in the spring of next year. I am not in the position to do it this fall physically and also the time to do any decent salvage yard shopping is coming to a close due to the weather.

Looks good Neil. Not bad today Neil. Not much happening at the office right now. How are you today?

Not bad, just warming up from getting in the office and drinking some coffee. Looks like it is going to be a light day here. I have a town board member coming in today to pick up some maps that I printed for him. Also waiting for the IT department to come down and replace my battery backup that did not work yesterday when the power flickered. It went off long enough to cause my computer to shut down and I lost about an hours worth of work. Of course it was around 4 when it happened.

That sucks Neil. You should see the one battery backup we have,. It is sized to give us long enough for the generator to start up.

I can image the size of the one that you have with all of the electronic equipment that you have at the office. My building does have a backup generator because the IT department is upstairs and the couple of times that the power flickered, it was not long enough for the generator to start up.

It is a server mount that is in the equipment rack for my workstation Neil. it provides power to all 3 workstations. Then the 4th workstation has its own battery backup. And then all of the equipment in the telecom closet have backups. One computer uses 4 12 volt car batteries for power. gives that computer and printer about 8 hours of run time. After that we go to the backup system which will last alot longer provided there are no alarms that come in for my bldg.
