Yup. Joey has trimmed down any chores that don't directly contribute to getting pumps out the door, or to his day job. He lets the vendors to the marketing and customer support.

 

sure would like to get ahold of Joey, purchased a T500 sent in old core, received, unit and installed, no start, leaking T500, sent back and received back, installed, no start, thought it had to be something else.. So, chased, a ton of other stuff, trying to diagnose, the no start, turned out that the T500 failed never having started the truck. Cant get him by email or any other method of communication. Really do not want to send in the T500 as a core.

 

 

Very strange to receive 2 units that are DOA. Who did you purchase through?

 

Identical problem another FTE'r had recently. He fought for months to get it right and finally did after 3 returned T500 pumps.
