Looking for a 6.8l 3V motor pull, for an 07

What are the differences between say 2005-2008 and 2009-2010. Most of the ads I see seem to indicate, for example a 2009-2010 year 6.8L motor. Would the differences be some changes in the intake assembly?
I am not aware of any head or long block changes.
Would I be OK if I was to purchase an 2010 3V for a 2007 model? Thanks
and sorry for the confusion. .

I'm not aware of any differences, but what do I know?

Come on down to the V10 forum and ask.

Thanks Krewat, for the invite, and thanks for the reply. I have been a long time lurker. This forum and others like it have quite literally saved me thousands of dollars in repair costs, on my personnal ford fleet of vechicles (Escape, Expedition, Explorer, and my favorite the F250. I do almost all my own repair work so forums like this are a valuable asset.
