The VIN would tell what year model the truck is.
Some things have been changed/added to that truck --V-8 badge on the fender and the Ford script on the blinker lenses obviously aren't stock.
Possibly the body color/color combination of the truck has been changed or, the bright trim at the rear, base of the cab has been added too. That trim would only be present on the back of the cab if the cab was a different color from the body.
My '69 Ranger doesn't have that trim since my truck came with one solid color.
No trim at the base of the cab on my Ranger.

The V8 fender emblem is from a car. The Ranger grille emblem was used 1968/69.
If it is a Ranger, it would not have Custom Cab (no Custom's until 1970) emblems (I see one on the left, assume there's one on the right).
If it is a 1968, the engine has been swapped, 302 not available until 1969.
Door lock cylinder protector and the bed rails are aftermarket. The hubcaps are mostly hidden from view, may or not be correct.
The trim (beauty) rings are from a late 1960's or 1970's Ford/Merc mid-sized Passenger Car with styled steel wheels.

NumberDummy my 67 has the Custom Cab badge on both sides of the cab corner where it turns to make the back of the cab. right about where the trim that would be the divider between the two colors if it was a 2 tone truck. i got my truck from the og. he was not the kind of man to put stuff his on his truck unless it needed to be on there. i know in the 70,s Ford put some emblems on the very back end of the bed that said CUSTOM. but what i have is diff.

The OP's truck has a Custom Cab emblem (you can see it in post 1), a Ranger grille emblem and what appears to be a Ranger nameplate on the left quarter panel.
The thing is, if it's a Custom Cab, it's not a Ranger. If it's a Ranger, it's not a Custom Cab.
1967/69: The Standard Cab was the cheapest, the Custom Cab was priced higher and the Ranger was the most expensive.
