shoulder belts for rear crew cab seat
I am sure this topic has been explored before, so if this is repetitive I apologize. A link to the previous thread would be greatly appreciated. I need to figure out how to add shoulder belts to a 75 F100 supercab rear seat so that I can strap my kids in their booster seats. currently there are no seat belts at all for the rear seat.

Check this old thread - it mentions a company that might be able to help (and may still be around?):

EricThor,
I'm pretty sure I work about a block away from you. Drove past your truck on the way in this morning. Took a double-take and thought "I think I just saw that truck about a week ago on FTE".
Looks sharp from the road, hope you got your seats figured out so you can bring the kiddos along for the ride. If not, then at least you got a bump to the top of the page!

I got my seat belts for the crew cab here at Wesco Performance :
Racing Accessories for Drag and More, Seatbelts & Tiedowns!
They have a retrofit kit that is very good. I didn't drill the big access hold, just used a thin wire to feed it from above where the headliner is (removed).

Check out their instructions here :
3 Point Seat Belts Installation of Shoulder Anchor Point Where Door Post Goes to Roof
My only deviation was to skip drilling the large hole to feed the plate through from the bottom and instead fed it from above using a thin wire tied to the top mounting hole. Once I was able to start the threads on the bottom mounting bolt and anchor bolt I snipped the wire and then screwed everything down.
I'll try to get some pictures to show what it looks like installed.

I just put 3 point belts in front on my F250 SC. I went with Wesco belt like 9thpony.
Wesco mount
I also dropped it down from the top. I printed out the hole spacing and taped it to the b pillar. Made it easy to center punch the holes spot on.
If you have the bench, there should be 7/16 fine threaded holes in the floor for lap belts. I used my sons car seat in the back once or twice but it didn't leave a ton of leg room. After that, we stuck him in the middle of the front seat. Not the most comfy but it worked. Two kids would be harder.

I took pictures along the way thinking I'd post them. Gimme a couple of days to get my act together. As if that will ever happen ;-)
In the mean time, I felt Wesco had the best price and info about installation. The fact that they sell racing harnesses gave me a good feeling too. I do wish I'd sprung for the fancier buckles though. The basic ones are just that, basic.
