It was nice this morning except for the wind, but it felt like rain. Watched clear up but it still felt like rain and then it cooled off up here. If I wasn't cutting with water I would have gone to work but at this time of year, the last thing I need is to get wet then get cold, if it's going to be cool all day, no problem I can set up for that.
Yesterday was so windy that it sucked the air right out of my lungs, got 6 blocks down the road on the bicycle and had to stop as I was getting dizzy already. Wound up going shopping, made 6 trips to NoFrills to buy Turkeys for Danny's restuarunt, .95 a lb limit of 2, $50 a trip, my life can be strange some days 77

There wasn`t any real wind here today for which I`m real thankful for.
I can`t handle getting wet when it`s cold out, those days are gone for me.
Turkey is my wife`s favorite but I prefer chicken.

The wholesaler charges Danny $1.35lb for turkey so everytime it goes on sale for .95lb the turkey run starts and goes until his freezer is full. They only get to serve the white meat in the restaurant and the goes home with staff or sometimes I get a couple of drumsticks. Works out pretty good all the way around, Suggested marinating the drumsticks or breading them, but he says they're a dead item on the menu.

Turkey dark meat is one of my favourites.
Tending to a sick kid today, so there go all my "best laid plans".

I finally found some reasonably priced collector vehicle insurance so today I`m on my way to sign up.

Nice collection 'Fomoko1' especially liking your Mercury and the new GT. Won't be long until we have to put them in the garage, huh?

Thanks Dan, sad to think they`ll all be going into storage all too soon, with my F250 as well.

I have my 2012 F150 plus my wife has her 2013 Escape so we don`t need this one in the winter. It`s old and done it`s time working hard, now it`s my summer toy.

No, the newer one was bought to for full time use and that old girl has a ton of miles on her so she`s more than earned her keep. Like a faithful old horse she now gets to enjoy her retirement with leisurely summer drives on nice days.

I can see that approach. Probably what I would do if I had parking space for a few summer toys. As it is, my daily ride parks on the street.
