I was under my truck and noticed what looked like a ground strap that had been torn off. It's located on the passenger side front cab mount. It's not on a bolt--it looks like the ground strap was attached to a clip. Can anyone tell me if your truck has one there and if so, where the other end attaches? Thanks.

I have one. It joins the frame to the body.

 

^^^ +1; cab to frame, with clips. Broken on both our trucks. Been looking on and off for replacements, no luck. Does anybody know where to find ground straps with clips on the ends rather than ring terminals?

 

Salvage yard?

 

The chance of finding one in any better shape on a salvage yard truck would be very slim. And with the trucks sitting on the ground on the floor pans / axles, it'd be hard to reach. Worth a look, though, I suppose. I'd just rather not go slogging through a muddy junkyard for such a small item.

Those straps are just for the Radio.
If you do not hear popping (snapping) in the radio I would not worry about them.
